RETURN POLICY

Return Policy:

Not a perfect match? Let’s make it right.

We allow 14 days from when your order was delivered to process a return for store credit, unless stated as final sale in the product description. We do not issue refunds or offer exchanges!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, tags attached, free of stains and odor, etc.

If the item(s) returns damaged, a 50% deduction will be taken off the store credit.

To process a return:

1.        Please email returns@hellobestkeptsecret.com and include your name, order #, and reason for returning.

2.        Please allow 1-3 business days for us to receive your request. Then, we will send you a return label.

3.        Please package all items neatly or place them in original packaging to ship them back.

4.        Once we receive your return, please allow 1-3 business days to process it. Once it has been processed, your store credit will be emailed to you in form of a gift card.

5.        Please note that initial shipping costs are not refundable, and the shipping cost of the return will be deducted from the store credit.

Damaged Items:

We carefully inspect each item for quality before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged, it must be reported within two days of delivery. Please email us at info@hellobestkeptsecret.com with pictures of any damage
