Shipping Methods and Timelines

We ship via UPS with the following options (rates vary by order):

1. UPS Ground

• Processing time: 1-3 business days
• Shipping time: 1-5 days

2. UPS 2nd Day Air

• Processing time: 1-3 business days
• Shipping time: 2 business days

3. UPS Next Day Air

• Processing time: Same day (if ordered before 12 PM CST), or next business day
• Shipping time: 1 day

If your package can be sent faster and cheaper with UPS Ground service than with UPS 2nd Day Air, only UPS Ground rates will be displayed at checkout. This is automatically calculated.

• All orders ship from Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. UPS may experience delays beyond our control once items are shipped.
• Orders cannot be canceled or modified after placement.
• UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

Address Verification

Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we'll email you about purchasing a reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages lost in transit or stolen after delivery. If your package is lost during shipping, please file a claim directly with UPS.
